Our takeout order was missing the meatballs. When the restaurant first called, they wanted me to come back and pick them up, but I felt that since it was their mistake, they should deliver them. To their credit, they did bring them to my house and included a dessert as an apology.
Unfortunately, the food itself was mediocre and not what I would expect from authentic Italian cuisine.
